The 2016 Anderson Valley Chardonnay is a straightforwrad cool climate Chardonnay. A soft balance of both fruit and oak this wine has notes of pear and toasted vanilla on the nose.
The mouthfeel is medium but long, with hints of baked apple and butterscotch from the 12months on French Oak. Pairs well with soft cheeses, and creamy based pastas with poultry or seafood.
The 2016 Lake County Sauvignon Blanc is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain its fruity flavors and aromas. The aromas are unique with scents of sweet citrus, tropical fruit with hints of fresh-cut grass. On the palate, a touch of sweetness is perfectly balanced with lively acidity that enhances juicy flavors of grapefruit, quince and guava.
